Part 2: Written Intervention Series: Evidence of Thinking  Intervention Tools Identifying tools or resources to support your planning process is important when you begin intervention cycles. I use Lead4ward, it has a wide variety of resources to align TEKS/ standards and support identifying where students may have a learning gap or misconception.
